Return & Refund Policy – La Patagonia Market LTD

Fresh Meat Products

All of our products are fresh and perishable. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once an order has been collected or delivered, unless the product is incorrect.

 

Pick-up Orders

When collecting your order in person, you (or your representative) will be asked to check and confirm that all items are correct and in good condition before leaving our premises. Once confirmed, no refunds or returns can be issued.

 

Local Deliveries

All deliveries are carried out directly by La Patagonia Market LTD staff. Upon delivery, our driver will ask you to inspect and confirm your order. If any product is missing or incorrect, it will be replaced immediately or refunded.

Once the order is confirmed and accepted, we cannot offer refunds or returns.

Exclusions

  • We cannot refund or replace products that have been accepted at pick-up or delivery.

  • We are not responsible for products that are not stored correctly after acceptance.

  • No refunds are available for change of mind, due to the perishable nature of fresh meat.

How to Report an Issue

If you believe there is an issue with your order that was not identified at pick-up/delivery, please contact us within 24 hours at support@market.lapatagonia.co.uk. Each case will be reviewed individually.
