  • We are not responsible for products left unattended at delivery or improperly stored after collection.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, returns are not accepted once an order has been collected or delivered.

  • Incorrect or missing items identified at delivery/pick-up will be replaced or refunded immediately.

  • Orders may be cancelled only before preparation and dispatch. After that, cancellation is not possible.
