1. General Information

Orders from La Patagonia Market Ltd can be fulfilled in three ways:

  • Nationwide delivery via trusted third-party couriers (refrigerated/next-day services).

  • Local delivery directly by our staff.

  • In-person pick-up at our restaurant.

All orders are packed to maintain freshness and meet food safety standards.

2. Nationwide Delivery

  • We offer delivery across mainland UK using reliable couriers that provide refrigerated or insulated next-day services.

  • Customers receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

  • Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday; weekend delivery may be limited or subject to extra charges.

  • If no one is available at the address, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel in a safe place, or with a neighbour.

  • Responsibility for the products transfers once the courier confirms delivery at the address provided. We cannot refund or replace items that spoil due to missed deliveries or customer unavailability.

3. Local Delivery

  • Local delivery is carried out by our own staff on specific days (e.g., Tuesdays and Thursdays unless otherwise indicated at checkout).

  • Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect and confirm their order.

  • If no one is present to receive the order at the agreed time, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery could incur additional charges.

4. Pick-Up at Our Restaurant

  • Customers may choose to collect their order directly at our restaurant during the selected date and time slot.

  • When collecting, customers will be asked to check and confirm that their order is complete and in good condition.

  • Once the order is confirmed and collected, no refunds or returns are possible, given the perishable nature of our products.

  • Uncollected orders cannot be refunded.

5. Delivery Areas and Fees

  • Delivery availability and fees are displayed at checkout.

  • Nationwide delivery is limited to mainland UK and may exclude certain remote areas.

  • Local delivery fees may vary depending on postcode.

6. Responsibility After Delivery/Pick-Up

  • For nationwide delivery, customers must refrigerate the products immediately upon receipt.

  • For local delivery and restaurant pick-up, responsibility for correct handling and storage passes to the customer once the order is confirmed.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Requests to change delivery or pick-up details must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared or dispatched.
